Can I cancel the order after placing it?
All the products follow the model of try before you buy. Before you purchase the product, you must have known if the product can meet your demands from the trial version. Due to the automated way that orders are processed and fulfilled via payment platforms, once an order is processed, it cannot be canceled. If there’s something wrong with our product and our team can’t solve it, we will consider giving you a refund according to our Refund Policy.

Duplicate purchase. Mistaken order followed by ordering a correct product. AnyRec cannot resolve the fatal technical issues within 30 days. For the unauthorized transactions or orders involved in EU user rights, the money will be reimbursed.
